DESCRIPTION
Totally remodeled 2nd floor of a bay side duplex in Beach Haven Gardens. Washer and dryer shared with the 1st floor. Tenants must bring their own pillows, sheets and towels for all rentals. The King bed is two single beds pushed together but can be separated if desired. 6 Beach badges supplied by owner but not guaranteed. Bring a dog with owner approval and an additional $150 per week non-refundable pet fee. A $150 non-refundable cleaning fee will be attached to each lease.
