CHECK OUT IS 10:00 am sharp. Outstanding ocean block with supersized rooftop deck. Professionally decorated; 2 family rooms plus living room. 2 Flat panel TV s 1 on second floor and 1 on 3rd floor. There is a bedroom located on the 1st floor. Available off season for rent weekends or full weeks. An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $400 will be added to any non full week rental. 12 Beach badges, beach cart, 12 chairs, 2 umbrellas and toys provided by owner but not guaranteed. If a badge is lost, the seasonal rate will be deducted from the security deposit. No weddings or portion of a wedding party.
