DESCRIPTION
No smoking anywhere in premises or on grounds. No pets allowed on leased premises. Occupancy 8, no more than 12 people on property at any time. No moving of furniture room to room or inside to outside. Please do not put wet clothing on indoor furniture. Park on the street, or limit 2-3 cars in the driveway. Some beach chairs provided, but not guaranteed. Tenants must sign and list their cell phone number on the lease addendum. Property may be available for rent in May 2025 and early Oct 2025, please call for rates and availability.
